With over 22 years experience as a psychologist, Winifred has worked with people from a diversity of cultural backgrounds and experiences. She draws on a broad range of approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and is trained in Mindfulness Meditation. Prior to training as a psychologist, Winifred worked as a midwife
and sexual health counsellor, developing a special interest in peri-natal issues. 


Winifred enjoys working collaboratively with people, creating a safe and respectful environment in which to explore personal challenges, and realise the potential to lead happy and engaged lives.
