Approach

 

Eliza develops supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients and fosters their capacity to live happy and engaged lives. She has been registered as a Counselling Psychologist for over 20 years and draws on her many years of specialised training, continued learning and experience to help people achieve the changes they seek. Prior to private practice she worked in university counselling, family support and community counselling services.

 

Eliza’s therapy style is individually targeted and draws from a range of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Therapy and Mindfulness. Eliza is experienced in working with both short term counselling and longer term therapy models according to client needs.
